We loved our cozy stay at this Big Canoe cabin! The cabin is impeccably finished and easy to feel right at home in. A truly lovely kitchen and living space. Possibly the best mattresses we've ever slept on. Surroundings are serene. I wasn't familiar with the area and the winding roads make it very hard to find the place at night. Follow their instructions! Super well-appointed--the home needs an electric kettle for the Brits, but that's it!! ;-) I recommend hiking lower and upper falls and stocking up on provisions as to not have to leave such a tranquil home. Bedrooms/bathrooms worked great for our family. Beautiful setting! Kitchen is adequately stocked. Loved the sounds of the creek! Welcoming and comfortable. Only suggestion would be to clean out the cobwebs in the rafters in all rooms and the dust on the back of the black doors.

If you are looking for the perfect cabin for your getaway, you have found it! The owners have thought of everything you could ever possibly need to make your stay comfortable! The beds are super comfy, and the kitchen is one of the most thoroughly stocked we have ever seen. The interior is cozy and well-appointed, and the staff was very responsive and helpful. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful place!

Lovely place, we will definitely be back in the future! The batteries were dying on the keypad lock and the owner was very responsive and sent someone out quickly to switch them out for us!

My family had the most magical week staying in this cabin. We spent the days out exploring trails, boating and swimming. The cabin was the perfect place to return to after a long day. My children loved the downstairs bunk beds and enjoyed having their own tv space. The beds were so comfortable and the sound of rain the last couple of nights made for the best sleep. Can’t recommend this cabin enough, and look forward to returning next summer.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin! It was spacious, comfortable, and the attention to detail was incredible. It is nestled away in the beauty of the mountain, a 365 view of the forest, with the soothing sound of rushing water from the creek beside it. Hosts were extremely responsive and proactive. Our family had such a wonderful vacation staying here. We felt at home in the cabin and it was comfortable. The kitchen is well stock for eating at the cabin. The instructions about the amenities were very helpful. There was so much to do in the Big Canoe community from hiking the trails, sliding down the rock slide, lake side activities, and so much more. The area is gorgeous as we were surrounded by nature and animals. The neighborhood was welcoming and everyone we met was so kind and offer helpful tips to make our trip even better. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Highly recommended and our family cannot wait to come back.

Had a great stay at this charming little mountain cabin at Big Canoe community.
The layout of the cabin is great for medium sized families and there was a small smart tv in each room besides the bunk bed room.
The Mountain Home hosts were very friendly, communicative and this cabin was accommodating as this was a very well thought out in terms of all of the essentials needed for a quick weekend getaway.
I will definitely come back and stay again and highly recommend this for someone who wants to get away from their busy day to day hectic life.

This was a very nice place to stay. It is very private, quiet, and cozy. It's the perfect place to disconnect from the city and enjoy outdoor activities. We will be back but next time without the kids! :)

Spotless; plenty of room for two couples; we didn't use it but the downstairs would be a perfect place for kids; nice kitchen easy to work in and well stocked with dishes, glasses, etc ; comfy beds. Really enjoyed the screened porch. I will caution you to back into the driveway , otherwise you may have to deal with the possibility of 'meeting up' with a car coming down the road. We highly recommend dinner at Home restaurant just outside Big Canoe. Make a reservation!

The cabin was extremely well laid out, equipped and comfortable. My family had plenty of room to gather or spread out as needed. I plan to build a house nearby and will definitely book this cabin again when we have family in town.

What a perfect stay! The home was beautiful inside an amazing community. I have vacationed inside Big Canoe a dozen or so times and this was my favorite cabin. Description and pictures were very accurate. The cabin was so clean, well stocked and the rental company was very quick to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend this cabin! I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful visit to Big Canoe Georgia. Our house was fabulous.
My only frustration was how expensive the amenities were in the complex and that they were not included in our rental.

We loved this cabin! It was SO clean. Even the outdoor porches were all clean! Pictures were exactly what it looked like. The cabin was the perfect set up for our family with two teenagers - everyone had their own bedroom & bath on their own floor. Each bedroom even had a white noise machine to help with a good night's sleep. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Nice TVs which we used on a rainy day. Loved hearing the owls out back. Enjoyed hiking in Big Canoe and dinner at the club. We will stay here again!

My husband, dog and I had the most relaxing weekend here! The house was so cozy and charming. Very comfortable and clean! The kitchen had everything we needed and more! We spent a lot of time on the back porch relaxing during the day and listening to the owls at night! The bed was very comfortable (not too soft not too hard) and the tvs were easy to use! We would stay here again!

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Perfect! So clean, homey and comfortable. The beds and blankets were so warm and cozy, the kitchen was so easy to cook in, my kids loved the space, my husband was able to work in the office, our dog loved it to! There is nothing I would change. And we didn’t want to leave. Most relaxing and adventure filled vacation ever. The porches make the morning and evenings one of a kind. We loved this place!

Thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting! Adorable cabin well stocked with essentials in the kitchen and very tastefully decorated. Big Canoe is a lovely location! Peaceful and private, yet safe and secure gated community...best of both worlds! The screened porch on the main level was a sublime place to enjoy morning coffee and look out at beautiful nature, listening to rushing mountain stream below.

Beautiful cottage from the inside out. Comfortable furniture and every detail thought out including sound soothers for reach room. Reminded me of the cottage off the “last holiday” with Kate Winslet. Lots of room to move around and every space thought out- would love to buy the home if it ever went on the market w: furniture ? -we had a couple hiccups due to weather, but Dave the handyman came to our rescue multiple times, And Deborah was also very helpful. Would love to stay again!!

What a lovely, peaceful cottage!!!! My husband, dog and I were looking for a quiet place to spend our anniversary weekend. The cottage was perfectly situated, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The leaves were at their peak. We did some hiking and enjoyed sitting on the back porch reading and watching nature. It was perfect! We will definitely book there again.

This was a perfect mountain retreat! The cabin was a lovely home base for our vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked and had all we needed for the week. The beds were super comfy and the comforters were nice and warm (it was cold the few days we were there!). Both of the living areas were great, but we spent most of our time downstairs in front of the electric fire place! The screened porches had a fantastic view of the woods behind the house. Our only wish would have been for warmer evenings so we could spend more time out there!
We took advantage of some of the trails in Big Canoe. And our pup LOVED the dog parks that were available!!

What a great place tucked down in the woods. So cozy and comfortable. Everything’s was very clean and check in was a breeze. I used the Jurny app and could do everything via my phone, lock and unlock door too. The community of Big Canoe is very special. It’s a wilderness retreat with so many outdoor amenities. We rented a pontoon and also hikes around the local trails. The cabin was just perfect and it was so quiet and peaceful. Loved everything and every minute of our stay.

Huge fans of Big Canoe, great family vacation destination for this North FL family. Mountain Home location and setting was great and relatively convenient. It was perfect for our family of 4 and could have accommodated 2 families pretty easily. One of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed in. Beds, sheets, pillows, all very comfy! Thoughtfully equipped and great style touches. We only stayed a couple nights and didn't use the log fireplace in the main level; but, the electric one in the downstairs family room was convenient on chilly mornings. Aside from a small check in preregistration mix up with the front gate, that was quickly resolved, all communication, booking, and the stay was smooth. Would recommend and consider staying again. I spent a wonderful couple of days in Big Canoe. The cabin was as pictured and was cute and cozy. I especially enjoyed the screened-porch off the kitchen. The sounds from the stream below were soothing and provided the perfect place to enjoy my morning tea.

This place was a hidden gem along with the community which had tons of wooded preserves and privacy (8,000 acres I think). We couldn't see any houses from our cabin, just trees and mother nature. The windy roads to get to the cabin (from the gatehouse) even made you feel like you were in remote area. The cabin itself is super quaint and charming but also completely updated with tons of thought put into every little detail and decor. The floor plan was well thought out so our family of 4 could spread out and have their own little nooks. The cabin also had great kitchen that was fully equipped. They thought of everything. The area is beautiful with tons of trails and amenities onsite so you don't even have to leave the property if you don't want to. Grocery store is 15 minute drive down the road if you want to just load up and cook at home or there are some restaurants on property and in close driving distance.

My family and I (pup included) really enjoyed our stay at Bluebird Day!
The home is lovely - clean, well-furnished, modern updates, and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Beds are comfortable, and my family loved the downstairs area for watching tv together. The kitchen has everything you need for making meals at home. The porches are great for watching wildlife, and I love that there’s a front porch swing.
We loved the trails and lakes throughout Big Canoe, and everyone we ran into was very friendly. We also felt very safe staying in a gated community. Just a short trek away from lots of touristy places, too!
