We enjoyed our stay in Paradise View villa. They was plenty of room and a beautiful view for our group of 6. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen where we did a lot of cooking. Enjoyed the dog parks, children’s playgroups, the trails, waterfalls and indoor pool.

We enjoyed our stay with our two daughters, two granddaughters and son in law. Granddaughters loved the pools especially the splash pool park. The house was almost perfect for our needs. Would of loved king size bed in master. Had an issue with the Direct TV but the staff was quick to respond and resolve. My son in law, brother and I thought the golf course was great. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our two granddaughters have a blast playing in the pools and on the pontoon boat ride. The three year old caught her first fish, very nice rainbow trout, which she properly named Rainbow Cloud. The house was just as advertised. We would have preferred a king size bed in the master bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It's well-appointed, feels very homey, has a great view, in a great location. The house was spotless and shockingly large for the price. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Outstanding home. Beautiful and well equipped. Needs a new ironing board and the parking is very tight for 2 vehicles was the only issues we had. Would definitely revisit and use this place again. Big Canoe is awesome especially if you love golf. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for your kind words! This beautiful home does have a 2 car parking pad in front, like many other homes in the community - there is also a large lot for the neighborhood to park extra cars at the end of the street. This home has a new ironing board for guests to make the job of ironing easier and hopefully more fun as well. :) We appreciate you, and thank you for staying with us! :-))) Congradulations on your son's marriage!

This pretty home is in a more residential area with homes closer together than those we have rented in the past. It was cold so not so much an issue since we weren't using porch or deck. Always love the area and small surrounding towns. Would love king beds in two main bedrooms!

There were five of us and each group (my husband and me, my sister and niece, my 91 yr old mother) essentially had a bedroom suite on each floor. We took our two 8 mo old puppies and had lots of room in the loft for their pen with crate inside for them to sleep, and another pen downstairs in the living room. We felt at home, especially enjoying the gas log fireplace on the cold nights. All beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this home. The homes are all close together and parking is tight but worked well for our car and minivan. ?

We stayed in Big Canoe once before, so we pretty much knew the area. This rental was very much worth the money. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this home will offer that. Beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked and the master bathroom was very clean! Our host was extremely accommodating and granted us a late checkout upon request!

The place was as it appeared and was a great place for a visit with family. The check-in at the gate was easy, the gate guard was very helpful, and keyless entry was appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and are grateful for the responsiveness to any questions or issues that arose.

A large home in a great location very close (walking distance) to swimming lake, beach, walking trails, and fitness center. The home was clean. Although the home is a little dated it is a very good value for the money and I recommend it.

My family really enjoyed staying at this home during our family reunion in Big Canoe! The home was in a great location and it had everything that we needed for the weekend. The house was exactly as described and it's close to all the great amenities at Big Canoe. We would definitely stay at this home again.

We have been coming to Big Canoe for the last 5 years and this was our favorite place we have stayed. It is a clean and spacious home in a great location. David and his team provided top notch service and communication from the booking to our check out. We made good memories playing games and talking on the porches!

Nice furnishings, very comfortable bed, and lots of cookware. Ample room for a large group with spaces for separation. The only criticism was that, other than the screened in porch that overlooked an air conditioner that ran constantly, there was no place for a group larger than 5 to gather. Other than that, lovely property and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful week of vacation. The house is fantastic and served as a great central location to all of Big Canoe's amenities. Master on main, 2 bedrooms on the basement level with one additional bedroom and bath on the top floor. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and spent most of our nights out there. Short distance to the beach club with a pool, rock slide and other watersport activities. You can walk if you are so inclined, but there are a few steep hills. Maybe the most surprising aspect of this house / neighborhood is that the entrance to the jeep trail is at the end of the cul-de-sac. We hiked / mountain biked all the way from the upper falls trail (jeep trail exit) to the house and the trail continues on down to the beach club if you want. Close to the golf club and marina as well. If you want to rent a pontoon boat at the marina, call well in advance as they are booked solid throughout the summer. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

I rented four houses in Big Canoe from Mountain Home Rentals of GA in October of 2011 and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. We were there for our wedding, which as you may know can be an incredibly stressful time. Their willingness to work with us to find the accommodations we needed, their prompt replies to questions, and excellent follow-through on everything we discussed made the process of making these arrangements as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. The houses were exceptional, spacious and clean and very nicely furnished and the rates were very competitive. We received many compliments from our guests about how nice the houses were and how much they enjoyed themselves. I would not hesitate to rent from them again and would recommend their services to any of my friends. We also rented a few houses from another agent, and let’s just say the experience was not as good, to put it mildly. If you need a house in Big Canoe go through Mountain Home Rentals of GA, you will be glad you did!!

For my family and friends who were in Big Canoe to attend a wedding, Paradise View was an excellent location. We were close to the chapel, club house, restaurant and other places of interest. A shopping center, including an IGA grocery store, gas station and other shops was just a few minutes away. Paradise View itself was perfect for our needs. I have no negative comments about the property. I would not hesitate to use the property again, or recommend it to my friends.

My sister and I, our grandchildren, daughters and my daughter-in-law recently spent two nights at Paradise View. The children ranged in age from 3 to 12 and it is a perfect house for any age. You could walk to the pool/lake/waterslide area and or a short drive to take the little ones, coolers, etc. I have stayed in many rental properties and this one was really wonderful - well equipped kitchen and other amenities and the way the rooms are laid out, there was always a place to get away from the crowd for quiet. We adults loved the screened porch and the kids loved the downstairs room so everyone was happy! With a blow up queen size mattress in the office upstairs, we really had five bedrooms so it was ideal for us. The only suggestion I would make is a detailed explanation of how to get to the back entrance to get rid of the garbage. It is hard to follow the map that Big Canoe gives you and I was fortunate to have a friend at Big Canoe who talked me through the drive. I would highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone!!
